Important Information

• Dibba Musandam can only be entered with prior permission from all guests. We will get in touch with you to get the passport and visa information you need to apply for permission.
• Please be aware that the procedure for obtaining permission takes at least three business days, so please share the details promptly. All guests must also bring their original passports to your tour.
• The pick-up and drop-off times for sharing transfers can be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes in accordance with the trip schedule, depending on traffic conditions and your location. Guests should bring their own swimwear and fishing gear
• If you choose “Without Transfers,” you must arrive at the location at least 30 minutes prior to the cruise departing.
• During any activity, no luggage is allowed to be carried.
• Services that are only partially used will not be refunded, and the service provider reserves the right to charge a one hundred percent no-show fee if the guest does not arrive at the start time specified in the tour itinerary.
• From Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina, you can share a ride.
• You are required to bring a copy of your passport with you on your tour, or else you will be denied entry at the border
• Both deep-sea fishing and banana boat rides depend on the weather.

Booking Policy – Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
